EV Charging Cable – Applications

The EV Charging Cable is designed for use in electric vehicle (EV) charging systems, including EV charging devices and charging interfaces. It is also suitable for EV charge-discharge early warning systems that require control signal transmission—such as charging status alerts, early safety warnings, and more.

Engineered for maximum flexibility, this cable features a minimum bending radius of just six times its outer diameter (OD), making it easy to install and operate even in tight spaces.

  • Thermal Resistance: Successfully passed the ISO 6722 high-temperature shock test for excellent performance under thermal stress.

  • Oil Resistance: Highly resistant to various automotive fluids, including gasoline, diesel, and engine oil.

  • Conductor: Stranded soft copper wire, available tinned or non-tinned.

  • Insulation: 105°C halogen-free, ROHS-compliant thermoplastic elastomer (TPE).

  • Signal Wire Shielding (if applicable): Tinned annealed flexible copper wire braid.

  • Sheath: 105°C halogen-free, ROHS-compliant TPE.

  • Color: Black or Orange
